Purple Snapdragons is a boutique design studio, located in Miami, Florida. Our designs are created for the young at heart by artist/designer, Lori Reynolds.

PAYMENT

Payments are processed securely through Paypal. You do NOT need a PayPal account to purchase. Most credit cards are accepted. Upon checkout, your cart will direct you to where you need to be. Then, you will have the option to use your credit card or PayPal account to complete your order securely. If you have any questions or need assistance checking out, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

SHIPPING:

We will wrap, package and ship your purchase within 1-3 business days. If your purchase is a gift, please let us know, we will be happy to include a gift card.

Your business is important to us. We do our best to package, ship and have it in your hands, as quickly and carefully as we can.

We ship Monday - Saturday, some weekends and holidays. Unless otherwise noted, your order will be shipped through the United States Postal Service. We offer combined shipping discounts for larger orders. 

If you'd like to upgrade shipping or use another carrier, please contact us to inquire or make other arrangements. Additional charges may apply.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We do ship internationally. As required by law, we must adhere to all customs regulations and policies. Depending on your country's customs policy, duties and/or taxes may be required. It is your responsibility to pay the duties and/or taxes or other shipping fees assessed on your purchase. We are not responsible for, nor will we reimburse you for any of these charges. If you have any questions about these fees, please contact your country's customs department before placing your order.

REFUNDS/Exchanges:

If for any reason your order arrives damaged, or you have another concern, please contact us within 7 days. Otherwise, we will be over the moon to know you are happy with your purchase.

Exchanges must be returned in the original packaging. Customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

PACKAGING: Prints are shipped in a cello sleeve inside a stay flat mailer to protect from damage. Greeting cards, stationary and other items are also wrapped and packaged with great care. If somehow your order is damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately.

PRINTING: We only use archival quality inks and papers in our printing. Our prints and products are produced in the USA.

CARE: As with any artwork, it is best to frame your prints under UV filtered glass or plexi-glass, using acid free, archival materials and keep away from direct sunlight to ensure long life. If storing, please do so in a dark, dry, cool place, wrapped and protected by archival materials.
