Refunds/Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your order. If the need arises to return or exchange something, please contact us first so we can assist
with proper arrangements and be on the lookout for your package.
We do our best to make sure your items are packaged carefully and on your way as quickly as possible.
If for any reason your order arrives damaged, or you have another concern, please contact us within 7 business days.
If we do not hear from you, we will assume everything shipped smoothly and we will be over the moon to know
you are happy with your purchase!
Returns and Exchanges must be returned in the original packaging and in original condition, within 30 days.
Customer is responsible for return shipping fees, unless other arrangements have been made and/or it is an error on our part.
How long will it take to process my order?
All in stock orders ship within 1-4 business days. Out of stock orders and special items are usually shipped within 7-14 business days, depending upon availability. We ship Monday - Saturday, and most holidays. Unless other arrangements are made, or otherwise noted, your order will be shipped through
the United States Postal Service. If you'd like your order shipped faster, or by another carrier, please contact us for arrangements.
Additional shipping charges may apply.
Where do we ship?
We ship to the United States, Canada and many other countries. Please allow extra time for delivery if an order is being shipped outside the United States.
Or is a special order. Depending on your location (outside the U.S.) and order status (i.e. special order) it may arrive within 7-21 days after shipping.
International Shipping:
We internationally to many locations. If you do not see your country listed upon checkout, contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
International orders may require additional delivery time. Depending on your location, it may arrive within 7-21 days after it ships.

Depending on your country's customs policy, duties and/or taxes may be required. It is the customer's responsibility to pay the duties and/or taxes or other shipping fees assessed on your purchase. Due to high mail volumes, the postal service may be slower than normal. We will do our best to notify our customers of shipping deadlines, and do what we can to make sure your order arrives in time, but please consider ordering early to ensure holiday delivery.

How secure is this store?
This store offers secure payment processing using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available). Printing:
We only use archival quality inks and acid free papers in our printing. This ensures your print will last for many years and make a wonderful family heirloom. Prints and cards are shipped in a cello sleeve inside a stay flat mailer to protect from damage.
Print Care:
As with any artwork, it is best to frame your prints under UV filtered glass or plexi-glass, using acid free, archival materials and keep away from direct sunlight to ensure long life. If storing, please do so in a dark, dry, cool place, wrapped and protected by archival materials.
